The Journey & Journal Workshop is a guided, shamanic-inspired experience designed to deepen your relationship with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom. Through intentional journeying and reflective journaling, we move through the seven chakras—beginning with the root—gently revealing what has been hidden beneath the surface. As each layer comes into awareness, space is created for healing, understanding, and reconnection with your authentic needs.

In this workshop we will begin by open space, calling in the elements, followed by an introduction to workshop and each chakra. For every energetic center, you’ll be guided on a meditative journey to uncover unresolved wounds, subconscious patterns, and stored emotions, then invited to journal as a way of giving voice to what has been revealed.
