Usui Reiki I&II in New Jersey

Reiki stands apart from most healing modalities as it is transmitted to students through an attunement process guided by a Reiki Master. This process is believed to open the crown, heart, and palm chakras, fostering a deep connection between teacher and student.

In the Usui Reiki I&II class, students will learn to harness and channel universal life energy for healing themselves and others. The course is divided into two sections: The first explores Reiki’s history and essential techniques for clearing, balancing, and grounding energy. The second focuses on grounding practices for self and others, along with specialized Reiki applications for stress relief and pain management.

By the end of the class, students will receive attunements for Reiki I&II, during which sacred symbols are imparted to establish a direct connection to universal life energy. This attunement serves as the foundation for effective Reiki practice.
